Stop re-entering every receipt and shipment
Small manufacturers often run inventory in one place and the books in another, and someone retypes the numbers between them. ProcessRipple connects to QuickBooks Online directly, so the accounting side follows what happens on the floor.
What syncs
- Goods received on a purchase order post to inventory, at their purchase cost.
- Goods shipped on a sales order post their cost of goods sold, using the actual FIFO cost of the units shipped.
- Assemblies post the components consumed and the finished good produced.
Each kind of movement goes to the QuickBooks accounts you map it to, so entries show up in the right place on your profit and loss statement and balance sheet without reclassifying them by hand.
Set up in minutes
- Connect with your QuickBooks login. No files to upload and no passwords stored in ProcessRipple.
- Map your accounts once. Pick which of your accounts each kind of movement uses.
- Import your items. Bring your existing QuickBooks items into ProcessRipple instead of typing them again.
Reliable in the background
Entries are queued and sent in the background, so a slow or unavailable QuickBooks connection never blocks receiving or shipping, and the connection stays signed in on its own.
Not on QuickBooks Online?
ProcessRipple also exports inventory transactions as files for other accounting systems, including a QuickBooks Web Connect file and a Xero journal CSV.
