Bills of materials that keep their history
- A bill of materials per product. List the components and quantities that make up each finished good.
- Revisions. Every change publishes a new revision, so you can see what a product was made of before and after a design change.
- Kits. A kit is a grouping of parts that is never stocked on its own: building a product that uses a kit pulls the kit’s components directly.
Build with confidence
- Shortfall check. Before building, ProcessRipple shows which components you’re short of and by how much.
- One confirmation. Confirm the build and stock for each component comes down while stock for the finished good goes up, at the location where you build it.
- Cost roll-up. The finished good’s cost is the FIFO cost of the components it consumed, so its margin is right when you sell it.
Know what you can build
The BOM cost and buildability report shows what each product costs to make from its current components and how many you can build from the stock on hand. It exports to Excel and PDF.
Made for small manufacturers
ProcessRipple covers single-level assemblies and kits — the way most small shops build. If you assemble products from parts and need stock and cost to follow automatically, it fits.
